Banwari Lal Ji Tewari

Mr. Banwari Lal Tewari , at a very young age left the comfort of his hometown to travel to places far off to learn about the trade of making traditional indian sweets and after working at various organisations and learning the fine intricacies of making delectable sweets and savouries he set up shop in the busy by-lanes of Kolkatas Burra Bazaar and started seling samosas.

From the onset he was sure that he would only use the finest quality ingredients .This was the recipe for his success as Kolkattan’s  queud up to have the freshly prepared samosa made from pure Desi Ghee.

With a growing customer base he grew his product portfolio with simple yet understated philosophy of only finest quality ingredients. Rest as they is history. Slowly the visionary under his stewardship set shop across all over India. Mark of a true Visionary.

Ravi Kant Tewari

Mr Ravi Kant Tewari set up shop in Delhi under the guidance of mr Banwari Lal Ji Tewari  in the year 1986 . He has endeavoured to stay true to the principals of his father by creating a menu consisting of traditional sweets with modern trends – all made with purest of ingredients as is our heritage.

Under Mr Ravi Kant Tewari  the brand expanded its wing to Delhis other most identifiable market – Connaught place –  Set up in 1998 , in lutyens zone to much fanfare. The idea was simple- to provide an easier access point to our growing customer base .

Gaurang Tewari

Gaurang joined the family business in the year 2010 and has tried to bring modern techniques of production and selling to the business as per modern India’s needs . He believes to grow business we need to sustain it on the the pillars of traditional values by infusing it with modern techniques and presentation.
